- Unplug your Xbox from the network for two minutes.
- Upon reconnecting your Xbox after two minutes have passed, perform another connection test. The test should succeed and you should be able to access the internet on your Xbox.
We have seen issues where users are unable to retrieve the MAC address or access Internet Explorer on the Xbox One when it is first set up from the box. As such, the device can not be registered.
